Posters specifications

Posters should be in portrait orientation (vertical) with dimensions of maximum A0 paper sheet.

Materials should be mounted on thin poster paper or lightweight cardboard. (Do not use heavy cardboard, which may be difficult to keep in position on the poster board). Please come with the poster already printed, as there will be no printing facility at the conference site.

Check out the program at a glance webpage to check for the poster sessions timings. All posters will be shown on both September 1st and September 2nd. We will also assign to each of the posters a numeric ID that you need to stick close to your poster since there will be awards for the best posters of the conference! We will give you indication at the registration desk. Stay tuned!
