Registration with Early Fees and Regular Fees includes:
- Admission to all Conference sessions, Satellites sessions, and Panels
- Coffee breaks and lunches for the duration of the Conference
- Access to the poster session
- Membership to the Complex Systems Society
- The fee will provide the opportunity to present at the main conference only one presentation in the main track
- One oral presentation at a satellite and one at the main track are allowed with only one registration fee payment, provided that they refer to two different works (no duplicated contributions are allowed)
Registration with Satellite Only Early and Satellite Only Regular includes:
- Admission only to all Satellites sessions
- Coffee breaks and lunch during the Satellites session
- For Postdocs and Phd Students members of the YRCSS: the Satellite Only fee does not allow you to partecipate to the YRCCS Warm-up
- Membership to the Complex Systems Society
- Satellite Only fee will give the opportunity to attend and present your contribution during the satellite days only. Maximum of 2 presentations at 2 different satellites are allowed for the same presenter.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration before the 31st of July 2025 (before midnight italian time), then you will receive a refund of your fee paid, minus 10% of what you have paid, which corresponds to the administrative cost. In case you need to email ccs25@unisi.it and unieventi@unisi.it with the willing of cancelling and getting the refund.
From the 1st of August 2025 the registration Fee is not refundable.
CCS2025: Measures for promoting inclusion and participation
We are committed with ensuring inclusion and facilitating the participation of all at our conference. CCS2025 is offering babysitting and special assistance services by request, amongst other forms of support. During the registration process you will find more information on the types of services and support available.
Important: We have not shared your email addresses and information with any booking travel agency. Unfortunately scam emails for bookings accommodations and travelling are increasingly more and more frequently for big conferences. If you receive an email from a travel agency offering you accommodations, consider that this has not been authorized or organized by CCS25, so it might be most likely a SCAM email.
